The unexpected beauty of Mt. Daibosatsu.

The stunning 2057masl Mt. Daibosatsu-rei, placed 57th on the well known 100 Famous Japanese Mountains. The said mountain is located in Yamanashi Prefecture in Chubu Region.
This famous mountain got an easy trail and will only take a 4h30m hike going up and down with an awesome view of Kami Hikawa dam on its 1897th masl.

Kami Hikawa Dam from Daibosatsu Pass

What I loved from this mountain is that it is recommended for beginners like me. I had so much fun taking pictures and clips while walking down the trail because the scenery is so good to the point that I didn't even noticed about the time we were walking up the mountain.

As usual, the weather was gloomy when we hiked up on Daibosatsu-rei, but its fog gave us so much dramatic shots in the forest which was the best! The downside of this is that we can't see the awesome view while going up to the summit.

When we reached the summit, it was still foggy, the peak was just like a forest having quite a space on the center. So yes, we still can't see the view.

But as we were descending, we were amused by the view that we saw. The view that we've been waiting for since we started our hike. A side of Yamanashi Prefecture that can only be seen on top of this mountain.

The view in person was jaw-dropping. The colors of the leaves are just so good to the eyes. I felt like all my tiredness on reaching the peak was all worth it. I can live everyday just for this view. Oh how I wish I have my own house on top of the mountain.
